• [Regarding baggage privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, and for any extra pieces, you can pay 2,000 Japanese Yen/piece to the driver on the spot. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse you entry to the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Driver-Guide Service】Driver-guide service: Exquisite small group of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: Bus tour of 14-45 people, which will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. The driver-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by explanations.
• [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds of the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site, and no refunds can be requested for this reason.
• [Regarding refunds for lateness] Since day trips are carpool services, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait and no refund will be given.
• [About the vehicle] Reference vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater: mini bus; 22 seater or more: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day.
• 【About Maple Leaves】Due to climate change, it may also cause the timing of maple leaves turning red to be earlier or later. Once a group is formed, refunds cannot be requested on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red.
• [About End Time] Due to the long journey of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. The supplier will not be liable for compensation for any losses caused by delays.
• Regarding the meeting point, please make sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the bus due to personal reasons for changing the meeting point, you will not be able to get a refund.

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
