【Wheelchair ticket verification】

  • 1.Make a booking on this page, customer service team will contact within 3 working days via the confirmed booking (Booking made on this page is intended for the verification of wheelchair seats only, and not for official ticket purchases) .
  • 2.Submit personal information (including but not limited to the proof of mobility difficulties^) via the form provided by customer service team. [Please Submit the form within 48 hours, otherwise, the verification booking will be cancelled.]Applicant’s name must be the same as the name of the proof.
  • 3.Upon submitting this form and successful verification, customer service team will inform you for making a official booking within the designated time frame on the specific page.

^ Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

Admission Rules - to be printed on ticket with QR code

  • Children under 3 may attend for free but must be accompanied by an adult and does not occupy a seat. Audience aged 3 or above must have a valid ticket for admisssion
  • Concession tickets are available to Children aged 3-17, Senior Citizens aged 65 or above, Disabled individuals/Wheelchair users and one Minder
  • Wheelchair users who are unable to relocate to regular seat by themselves are required to be seated at designated wheelchair zone for safety reasons. Patrons who purchased Concession (Wheelchair user) or Concession (Wheelchair user + Minder) (with tickets/items), their seats will be relocated to designated wheelchair zone under first-come-first-serve basis for each show.
  • Ticket holders are oblighed to comply with the rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, otherwise, mya be denied entry to the venue without refund

  • No Return or Exchange for eTicket. This eTicket presented must be a clear copy printed on white paper or a clear screenshot on mobile. Klook or the event organiser shall not take responsibility for any direct or indirect loss due to problems with printing of eTicket.
  • Do not buy eTicket from any unauthorised channels or agents. eTicket holders with a duplicated ticket or a resold ticket may be refused entry at the venue. Klook, the venue or the organiser shall take no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss due to refusal of entry from using an eTicket purchased through unauthorised channels or agents.
  • eTicket holders must ensure that eTickets are protected against ossible loss to avoid unauthorised use. If there are duplicate of an eTicket, only the ticket holder of the first ETicket successfully scanned at the event venue will be admitted. No admission will be allowed for other ticket holders of the eTicket carrying the same QR code afterwards
  • Each eTicket has a unique barcode which allows one entry oly. If you have bought multiple eTickets, please remember to print out all eTickets separately and make sure each individual attending the event has their own ticket.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

This eTicket is sold by Klook as an agent for the organiser ('seller') responsible for the event. All claims are the sole responsibility of the seller. The eTicket is sold subject to the following conditions

  1. No refund on any eTicket except in the instance that the event is cancelled or in accordance with applicable laws in the region of purchase and at the discretion of the organiser.
  2. Customer service charges are not refundable.
  3. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement or exchange of eTicket, subject to availability and seller's policy.
  4. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised program, price, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  5. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the sellers' and the venue's terms of admission, copies of which are available on request. Late arrivals may result in non-admission until a suitable break in the performance.
  6. Cameras, audios and video recorders may not be permitted.
  7. Concession eTicket holders must produce acceptable proof of identity/age.
  8. Entry will be refused if eTickets are damaged or defaced or are not purchased from Klook or authorised agents.

Admission Arrangement

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

  • Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission. AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
