Farm Life Discovery From Soil to Table in Chaing Mai

We had a wonderful and meaningful day at Mae-Sa Valley Farm Stay Resort. We experienced making organic fertilizer, planting trees, working the soil, and even plowing fields with buffaloes. Everything felt fresh, new, and deeply connected to nature, allowing us to truly sense the peaceful rhythm of life in Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly warm and supportive, making sure we could fully enjoy and experience every activity. For lunch, we were treated to delicious, nature-inspired dishes that were handmade and prepared by the resort itself. Everything was absolutely delightful. If you love nature and organic food, this tour is highly recommended.

There was absolutely no communication from the tour agency, and the driver never showed up. We woke up at 6:00 AM to get ready for the tour and waited in the hotel lobby from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, but no one came. We even sent a WhatsApp message to the agency around 6:30 AM, yet received no reply. Klook tried to contact them multiple times as well, but the agency never responded. I spent the whole morning trying to sort this out, and it has now been three days since the scheduled tour time—still no resolution. This was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. 整个过程中完全没有任何沟通，司机也没有出现。我们早上6点就起床准备行程，从7点一直在酒店大堂等待到9点，但始终无人到来。我们在6点半通过WhatsApp联系旅行社，却一直没有收到回复。Klook方面也多次尝试联系他们，但依然没有回应。我整整一个上午都在处理这件事，现在距离约定的出发日期已经过去三天了，问题仍然没有解决。这次经历非常令人失望，也体现出极度的不专业。
