Took this waterbus from Saint Marco square to Airport. I like how we got to take one last look of the impressive floating city before leaving for home. Frequency was regular even in winter season. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage. Journey was a little longer than expected though, perhaps due to the rainy weather waters were choppy? If you're taking this please give yourself sufficient time!
It’s simple and direct. Just exchange your vch for tickets and get into the queue once you arrive to the airport. It’s really memorable
transfer itself was ok. it took about 40-50 minutes to the airport. however it was very frustrating because we had to physically exchange our print out at the Rialto bridge (20 mins from the pick up point) and not at the station itself even though there was an office there.
Recommended for the experience. Should i have the chance to go to Venice again, will definitely book again.

I received the incorrect voucher - it was for a completely different customer and activity. The confirmation came in 5mins of booking and I notified Klook right away. I got a response via email for the acknowledgement of the mistake and that they will escalate accordingly. Through lots of emails, Facebook messages and online chats I was assured that klook have gotten into contact with the third party regarding the mistake and that the voucher that generated for me would be ok to use. When I arrived in Venice to use this voucher, it was declined. I spent over an hour at the airport telling staff but they said no and said they have never heard of klook. As such, I had to purchase a new ticket. Klook have advised they will be issuing me a full refund. Moral of the story, make sure your voucher clearly states your activity otherwise it won’t work. You will also need to print it out to exchange for the water bus ticket!

My travel was so smooth and save me with my agony and worries because i travelled solo. Make sire to study there map and which ferry you want to stop so you will know which color line you’ll take. I definitely recommend this.
