We had waited for the bus at the specified location but no We had waited for nearly 60 minutes, but no bus arrived at the specified time. Even between 12.20pm to 12.45pm, we were there, but no bus came to pick us up. It was very frustrating and upsetting our whole plans. Our contact details were with you, so the driver could have at least tried to contact us as a matter of vourtesy. Now we need a refund our money.

I made a reservation and received confirmation, but the tour company didn't show up. It ruined my whole schedule, and I had to come back to the accommodation and book with another tour company. This is the first time I've ever gone to the meeting point and the tour company wasn't there. I was embarrassed and very angry.
