• Please collect your physical ticket at the KLOOK ticket counter at the venue on the day of the performance. You must present your booking confirmation. The ticket counter opens at 4:00 PM and you should collect your ticket no later than 15 minutes before the performance begins.

Entry Rules

• Each attendee must present a valid QR code e-ticket for verification. Screenshots or image formats of tickets will not be accepted.
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code (for one-time use only). Please do not share or post your e-ticket online to prevent counterfeiting.
• Tickets purchased via Klook must be exchanged for a physical ticket before entry. Please allow sufficient time for ticket collection.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The organizer or ticketing agent is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the event time, arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
• It is recommended to wear a mask at all times to maintain a healthy environment.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. Violators may be asked to leave.
• Random security checks may be conducted upon entry, including personal belongings and luggage.
• The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Weapons, sharp objects, explosives, toxic or flammable substances
• Radioactive materials, narcotics, and psychotropic drugs
• Any items that may disrupt the event or pose a safety risk
• If the authenticity or validity of a ticket is in doubt (e.g., damaged ticket or purchased from an unauthorized seller), entry may be denied.
• Attendees must comply with venue rules and organizer instructions. The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates these rules or behaves inappropriately.
• Tickets may not be resold or scalped (including via online auctions or unauthorized resale platforms). They also cannot be used for commercial purposes (such as advertising, promotions, contests, etc.). Violating this rule may result in ticket cancellation without a refund, and entry may be denied.
