The instructor is super gentle and patient 🥰🥰 It's a really worthwhile hands-on experience class. The instructor is really great ~ her smile is super sweet too ~ the whole course healed our mind, body, and soul 😍 I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get the hang of weaving since it was my first time, but there's really nothing to worry about 😌 It's easy enough for beginners to pick up 🥹🥹 If you come to Jeju Island, you really must experience it, you'll go home with both material and spiritual fulfillment ☺️☺️☺️ And the nearby coast is super beautiful with blue-green and emerald-green beautiful natural scenery, it's worth coming to this area to heal yourself.
Seolbin (sorry if wrong spelling!) was a very friendly instructor! she provided clear guidance and even corrected our mistakes patiently. We ended up with a small and big hallabong 😂 it's the first time we chose to do a crafting activity for our holiday and this was a really fun and easy one to do! and it's perfect as a keepsake of our first trip to Jeju and S Korea in general. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our time at ANON JEOM’s rattan workshop! The instructor was extremely polite and helped teach us how to make our first rattan hallabong. We highly recommend anyone visiting Jeju to come try this out.
We has a really good time making our lamps. They turned out really cute. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
It was a small shop near the beach, not in a bustling area. The owners were two girls, and we chatted in simple Korean and English while we worked. Time flew by, and we were very happy with the finished product, which even came with a lamp base and was nicely packaged for us to take home. Afterward, the owners recommended a nearby street to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed this experience.
booked this experience for me and a friend. We both had such a great time! I don’t know how it all worked out so well but we. oh had no experience making things from rattan but it was fun, easy and we e fed up having the cutest lampshades. they ended up looking different but both so cute. They give you a lamp base with a light to place the shade on. We were both so happy with the result and since we plan on going back to Jeju in a few years we will for sure be back and next time make something different. lovely staff that helped us along the way, just the two of us in the class so we got lots of attention. Let us store our luggage there as we were flying out the same day of the class. have us a refreshing drink on arrival and took photos of us during the whole experience that they sent at the end. Honestly cannot recommend enough! Just do it!
Sol Bin is very talented and a great instructor, she's takes great care in the activity making sure your lamp turns out well! The activity itself is relaxing and a great way reminder to slow down and relax during your trip. The lamps turned out super cut. I'm really glad we booked this experience
Thank you for the amazing experience! Great family activity for all, and the host was very friendly and accomodating! Highly recommended for a fun afternoon on holiday and the hallabong lamp is really cute too.
this ñittle place was a bit out of the way, but our lamp making session was conducted by a lovely teacher. she showed us with patience, friendliness and competence how to make a lamp. we really enjoyed the experience. and we took the public bus back to Jeju city from close by—saw lots of lovely scenery in the way. Well worth it, plus we got to keep the lamp we made.
