A relaxing experience... waterfalls, trees etc... with a nice cafe for a break. totally recommend to go up to the 3rd floor to have your drink.
Charming little bonsai garden. We even met the creator during our stroll. Strollers and umbrellas are available for complimentary rental.
This garden is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly serene and peaceful. I definitely recommend visiting. Staff are friendly and helpful. It takes about an hour to complete it, but you can take as much time as you need/want, there are many benches to just sit and relax.
The volcanic stone walls, bonsai trees and and waterfalls were such a surprise! The place was calm and beautiful. Don't skip the restaurant at the end, amazing food!
it was such a peaceful experience. I would highly recommend if your someone who wants to jus relax and enjoy the art some one created and the bonus of koi fish experience:
I wish I spent more time here!! On my last full day on Jeju, I left this to be my last activity but only entered at 5pm which is my only regret. The garden is so serene, peaceful and quiet. I read as many plaques as I could and fed the koi fish from the self serve fish food stations and was able to learn all about bunjae!
very relaxing place to visit :) very relaxing place to visit :) very relaxing place to visit :) :)
The garden was lovely but quite small, you certainly can get around in an hour and not the cheapest of places to visit although a lot of thought has gone into creating a calming and beautiful garden. You really need your own transport to acces the garden as it took us about 3 hours to get back to Jeju City , missed the connection and the bus from the junction is very scarce in the afternoon . In summary a nice little garden but without your own transport it takes a lot of effort to get there from Jeju City.

  • Walk slowly in silence, reflect deeply, and rediscover yourself—away from crowds.
  • Add wellness experiences like singing bowl meditation, stone-mill coffee, and indigo art.

Jeju Korean Garden Spirited Garden is a creative garden created by farmer Sung Beom-young since 1968 who pioneered the wasteland of Jeju City's Hangyeong-myeon Jeju-ri and completed it with tenacity, consisting of 8 small gardens on a land area of 13,000 pyeong, and has become the subject of international exploration as a garden that fuses creation, art, and philosophy with the modifier "the most beautiful garden in the world."
