Reviews
I highly recommend to get a Welcome Suica. it is so convenient to use and move around in Japan. It is easily redeemed and picked up from airport. I used this together with the 72 hour subway ticket and on the last day, I still have some money left on the Suica card. Just need to remember to spend all that is left in your Welcome Suica card as it is not refundable. Otherwise it is super convenient to use, can be used for transportation, and mostly all stores.
Very easy to redeem the IC card from the airport and the card is very useful to use travelling the metro or purchase food and drinks from vending machine
Easy to redeem at Haneda Airport. After immigration and custom, go to the exit (arrival lobby), then turn right. You will see the counter on your left hand side, just look for the backdrop counter "EasyGo". Show them the barcode of your booking and they will give you the Suica Card. Please note the counter opens at 9:30 - 18:30 (13:00 - 14:00 closed for lunch break).
Suica card can be used to almost all of the subway lines. Take note that you can only reload the card using cash. It is also easy to redeem at the airport, just follow. the signs saying "A" side of the airport. You can purchase many cards with 2000 yen worth of load if you don't want to bother recharging your card.
Great Very useful and hassle-free! Perfect for tourists. Just tap to ride trains and buses, and you can even use it for shopping. A must-have when traveling in Japan!
Collected the Suica Card easily from Airport T1 the IC was already preloaded with minimal value. We top up to 10,000yen. Took the train to Shinjuku and changed to Odayu line to Hakone.
A very useful tool to get around Tokyo. Not only that, you can also use as payment when you buy stuff at the convenient store and restaurant. Just tap and go. And when you run out of load just top up at any train station.
Coverage area: Cash card used for getting on and off trains at all institutions, used for dispensing water at vending machines. Excellent, feels secure.
We were able to ride the trains from Tokyo to Osaka using our Suica Card, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. No need to line up for individual tickets or worry about language barriers—just tap in and tap out.
Suica card can be used to all trains and bus transportation. transport included: with 2,000 yen load redemption guide: redeem it first to JAL Center refer to map in voucher, before going down to train track.
