Reviews
Convenient, meet at the meeting point on time, should arrive 15 minutes early, English commentary, guide explained in detail, 3 hours is not enough for walking, very spacious area.
Amazing and funny guide led us. "Sid". He knows history and art very well! we skipped the line very fast! thank you! he is also stand up comedian, so please enjoy not boring tour in Louvre!
[Guide was more than 30 minutes late] [Guide had trouble entering and we waited more than 30 minutes] It was a two-hour tour starting at 12:15, but two groups including me participated and we waited at the base of the meeting place. Apparently, there was originally another group scheduled to join. However, since they did not arrive at the time, we had a member of the same group who could speak English call the customer center and met up with the guide. However, even though we met up with the guide, we had a dispute with the facility staff about whether the ticket could be used or not, and we were unable to enter, so the tour ended up starting an hour after the scheduled time. I thought we would go around the main places (Mona Lisa, Winged Victory of Samothrace, etc.), but it seemed like they avoided places with a lot of people, which was a bit disappointing. Maybe the guide I was in charge of was not good, but it was a waste of time and money.
Amazing experience with the museum and the friendly guide
A very bad experience. The link provided in the click text was to another statue of Louis XIV. I waited at the scene for more than 10 minutes, but when I contacted customer service, they kept asking me to find a tour guide. Since the ticket was purchased by a third party, there was nothing I could do. When exchanging subsequent tickets with the Louvre, I remember that I purchased the insurance for non-participation cancellation, thinking that I could get some refunds if I didn’t attend the whole trip. However, I didn’t know that such a situation is not eligible for a refund. Friends who want to make a reservation, please think again!
Good to know
Your voucher is not your entry ticket. You must meet the guide and enter with the group. You will not be able to access the museum if you arrive late and miss the group.
