How to get there
- By metro: Take Subway Line M1 and get off at the Vieux-Port-Hôtel de Ville Stop, then take the shuttle boat from the Vieux-Port boat bridge. If you take the Express boat, it’ll take 20 minutes for you to arrive at Château d’If and 45 minutes to get back to the Vieux-Port boat bridge

Ifseom was canceled due to weather on the day. Do I need to apply for a refund separately? It is not automatically cancelled. I was not given any instructions on how to apply. Also, the ticketing address was just a port, and the ticketing location was a 15-minute walk from there. I had to ask around and search for it, and it took an hour to get to the ticketing location. When I got there, I was told that Ifseom was not available today, so I ended up not going. However, the refund is not automatic. If you see it, please give me a refund!!
