Very easy to book. you only need to pick the time and the terminal. once booked, go to the numbered drop off point and wait for your bus. once you're about to board, just show the QR code. if you have luggage, you'll be given a luggage claim tag to store it in the bus. then, when you're about to drop off, show the tag to the assistant so you can claim your luggage. bonus points to this pick up point from narita terminal 2 because it has a vending machine so we bought some drinks.
very convenient and straight forward to use. just remember to take the correct elevator to reach the ground level. look for the elevator which is for buses/ chartered buses. the buses have a washroom on-board as well!

Convenient way to get from Haneda to Narita. A bit pricier than taking the train, but it removes the hassle of looking for/ transferring platforms and lugging your luggage the entire time. Boarding and claiming luggage are organized. Comfortable seats. Was able to charge my phone during the ride which was super convenient!!

Efficient and comfortable ride from Haneda to Narita. If there are empty seats, the handler may allow you to hop on earlier bus if needed. Took about one hour ride without much traffic jam.
