Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

"One adult" refers to one adult aged 18 or above. Adult tickets cannot be used for children. "One child" refers to one child aged 7 months to 12 years old and under 1.5 meters in height.

Children and adolescents over 1.5 meters tall but under 18 years old will be considered as "one minor" upon entering the park, and they need to purchase children's tickets, read and sign the Friendly Reminder, and be accompanied and supervised by their parents.

This park is open to children aged 7 months to 12 years (inclusive) and under 1.5m in height. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (To ensure safety, pregnant women, minors, seniors aged 65 and above, and others without full civil capacity should not accompany children into the venue as parents or guardians.)

An accompanying ticket must be purchased for each additional accompanying adult (accompanying tickets must be used at the same time as the main ticket and cannot be used separately; prices are based on the on-site retail price, unless already included in purchased packages).

For safety and hygiene reasons, both parents and children are required to wear non-slip socks with anti-skid soles at all times inside the park. Customers are encouraged to bring their own. If you do not have them, you can purchase them at the front desk (CNY 5/pair).

To ensure the safety of children under supervision, accompanying parents cannot be changed mid-visit after entering the park. If there are special reasons for needing to change a child's parent (or guardian), the parents involved must go to the park's Guest Services together to register and sign for confirmation.

Special Needs Friendly: Infants aged 6 months and under may enter the park free of charge as companions of card-holding children, provided that parents supervise the infant at all times.

Our staff does not provide one-on-one supervision. Parents are the guardians of their children and are responsible for their care and supervision during their visit.

This park is a children's play area. For your safety, the safety of other guests, and to maintain a safe play environment, please note the following: If you wish to bring food and beverages for your own consumption into the park, please do not eat or drink in the play areas. For safety reasons and to avoid impacting the experience of others, the following food and beverages are not permitted in the park (except for infant feeding and medical reasons): ① Any food or beverage with a pungent odor; ② Any self-heating food or beverage or food/beverage requiring on-site processing.

Please undergo temperature screening and hand sanitization before entering the park. Children under 3 years old are required to wear diapers inside the venue. (Guests with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C, infectious diseases, skin conditions, or open wounds will not be permitted entry.)
