My partner Mark suggested the mountain biking and I was concerned because I haven't ridden a bike in years and we were taking a 9 year old daughter along too. It ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Bali. The biking takes you off road, though villages, forests, rice paddys, farms and a balienese family home, things you don't get to see if in a car. The bike ride was heaps of fun and not too difficult. The a Elephant Park is wonderful, riding on the elephant is a great experience and the park is beautiful and the animals well looked after. Would highly recommend this tour to families or any one :-)
We had a group 15,8 adults 7 kids, and the tour coped beautifully from the bus pick up to checking in to riding the bikes. Really well run. The bike ride is mostly down hill thru mandarin orchards rice paddies traditional villages and homes. All brought together well by the guides insightful dialogue. Lunch at the elephant park was a buffet and tasty.
