Perfume Making Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City by NOTE - The Scent Lab

I had such a lovely time at The Scent Lab in Ho Chi Minh City. The class was simple, calm, and really enjoyable. Doli guide you step by step, so it’s easy to create your own perfume even if you’re new. I liked how relaxed everything felt, and how you can choose scents that match your mood and style. In the end, you get a perfume that’s truly your own. A very nice and unique experience,I’d recommend it if you want to try something different. I named it Eau de parfum Marie 😍

Pretty fun experience to make customized perfumes for ourselves. Wide array of scents to choose from and the instructor will help to tweak the measurements to curate the final scent for us.

Doli and Cam are very nice and friendly. The workshop is also informative and fun. We enjoy the overall experience. Love the part where we create our own mix based on our personality

It was a lovely class. The teacher was very knowledgeable. The location of the class was not ideal. It was far from the center on town and difficult to find. Overall I’m glad I went and I would go again

I had so much fun doing this on my birthday. I learned a lot and was able to explore different kinds of scents. I finally knew the specific notes/scents that I like. It wasn’t just an experience, but it was also a self-discovery where I was able to get to know myself too. The isntructor was polite and very patient with me. It was one of the best workshops I had. Will definitely do this again :)

I had an amazing time at the Workshop. It was a fun, hands-on experience where I learned a lot about fragrance creation and got to design my own custom scent. Cam, and her assistant Amber were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain every step with patience & expertise. As someone who’s been in the beauty for over 20yrs, I was extremely impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and the welcoming environment they created. I experienced 1 weird mess with a couple across from me who stared & laughed the ENTIRE time. They assumed because I didn’t speak their language, I couldn’t read energy or facial expressions. That moment was no reflection on the experience itself. It’s simply an observation, I want to share honestly while still acknowledging how wonderful the workshop was overall. I loved sampling/blending different notes, testing them on my skin, & bottling my finished creation. I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting HCMC and would definitely return.

What an amazing first experience with perfume-making! In my 40s and never tried this before, but Audrey opened my eyes to a whole new world! What a wonderful, patient teacher! Can’t wait to come back with my family next time. Highly recommend!

A very interesting experience! For two hours, you'll learn about perfumes, and the instructor will guide you through creating your own formula. You'll then take home a bottle of your custom perfume. The place is lovely and air-conditioned. Highly recommended!
