Ulun Danu Beratan, Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, and Tanah Lot Day Trip

It was good tour.Our driver Sugi was also good.He waited for us in hotel lobby though we were a but late for pickup.All sightseeing places where covered like Tanah lot temple,ulun dan beretan temple and rice terraces.All places are simply awesome.Restro suggested at rice terrace is just too good.

Fabulous trip with a very knowledgeable,polite and patient guide. We have a 7 yr old tagging along with the usual whining in the car that could test the patience of a saint. It was a long drive about 1.5hrs from Nusa Dua to Ulun Danu then making our way to the beautiful rice field with a stop for a yummy lunch there, then finishing off at Tanah Lot temple. Unfortunately due to traffic didn't quite make it for the sunset, nevertheless it was still very interesting to visit. Glad we did the Ulun Danu and Rice field first as we definitely enjoyed the views more at these places. We are pleased Bali is recovering from 3 yrs of COVID effect, considering 75-85% of their income comes from tourism. These people work hard and I hope the benefits do go back to the locals. Our driver drove fast but safely. He is also kind and polite. He did not mind waiting for us until we were able to take good sunset pictures at Tanah Lot. Smooth and hassle-free transaction with Klook, the local tour operator (BALIMade), and the driver (Tut Adi).

Our guide was Abyu and he was professional from the start. He whatsApp me a day before the activity to confirm our pickup location and time. On the day itself, he reached 30mins earlier and assured us not to rush. He was friendly, respectful and warm, sharing Bali's culture and history with us along the way.He helped to take many photos of us too and gave us ample time to explore the locations. We felt very comfortable and at ease. The driver, Madeh(not sure how to spell his name haha) drove well and safely too. Occasionally Abyu would check in with us to see if we are ok and comfortable. Aside from the 3 locations, he brought us to a coffee garden and we love it there! We definitely made the right choice with this package. We wanted something relaxing which allowed us to see the beauty of Bali and we got it. Thank you Klook for making this a seamless and amazing experience! My children enjoyed themselves too!

My tour guide was Abyu and he was fantastic. he gave me a good history lesson on Bali religion and the temples we visited.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I love all the places included in this activity! Ulun Danu Beratan was a very relaxing place! The lake around it was clean. Meanwhile, Jatiluwih was worth exploring. I like its laidback vibe. On the other hand, Tanah Lot Temple offered a nice place to look at the sunset. As to the tour guide, he was very accommodating and patient. He tried to answer all my questions about the places we went to. As to the lunch, it was great. I love the restaurant’s chicken satay and most of all, the view! It was really fantastic! Hope to be back soon!

Our Chinese driver, Willy, is an Indonesian Chinese and a very nice person. He answered all our questions along the way, helping us understand the local area. We were lucky that it only rained heavily when we went to the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple (Water Temple). The other two attractions were sunny. I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant partnered with the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple at noon if you're not hungry. It costs NT$300 per person locally, which I don't think is a good value. The car ride is a bit long. Jatiluwih Rice Terrace felt like a new attraction, and there weren't many people. It would probably be more interesting to go to the Tegalalang Rice Terrace (Temple Run Temple). Overall, I think the Tanah Lot Temple (Sea Temple) at the end is the most worthwhile to visit. The sunset scenery is beautiful.

We had great time visiting these spots . Our guide Made was very cooperative and helped us to visit Ulun Beratan Temple and Tanah lot temple in an time efficient manner.

Bali has the most pleasant natural scenery. In order to avoid traffic jams, we started our visit from the Tanah Lot Temple, then went to the terraced fields, and finally to the Water Temple. Although the weather changed a little in the afternoon, it was amazing that when we visited the Water Temple, the rain suddenly stopped. The water temple is so beautiful, especially the scene after the rain is quite misty and romantic. After the visit, it started to rain. We drove all the way back to Jimbaran and bought corn and mangosteen as snacks on the way. Fortunately, I avoided the time of traffic jam. Happy journey 😄

Driver was punctual and ensured that we had an enjoyable journey. He constantly checked on us to ensure that we are comfortable as we were travelling with two young kids. He even brought us to Hidden Garden where we get to sample different kinds of coffee and tea and get to experience the swing too. We were very happy with this trip.
