Reviews
Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.
We had an amazing experienced! We really love and enjoy the trip. Our tour guide, MASA was very organized and systematic. From the website to book to the follow up via whatsapp and the whole trip. Highly recommended. This will definitely not be our last with Klook. Special thanks to MASA for taking care of us throughout our trip, being a great tour guide with so much kindness. 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤍🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
What a fantastic trip! Our tour guide, Kee, was excellent. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about the area, so he gave us a lot of great advice. He even lent me 1000 yen because there were no ATMs, I'm so grateful. The flower fields were beautiful, the Blue Pond was just like in the pictures, and the food was delicious. I wish I could give more stars if I could!
Our guide Hong was very detailed, delivering the guide in fluent English and Mandarin. He gave us many practical tips when visiting each attraction and Hokkaido itself! The tour was helpful in exploring the key attractions in Furano and Biei which would otherwise have been difficult to navigate by public transport.
it was a good tour. Our hos “HONG” was very accommodating and very good in handling the group. It was an honor to join the tour. I recommend it to others to join also. Thank you Hong for the great tour. appreciate your efforts in assisting in our needs. 5-star…..
I recommend the day trip from Sapporo, the itinerary was very well organized, and we saw some beautiful places that would have been difficult to reach by train otherwise. Our guide, Joe, was very helpful, he explained a lot about the places we were going to visit, and also introduced Japan and the Japanese people. We had a lot of fun, it wasn't a tiring trip, and we had time to relax and enjoy the scenery and desserts.
This was my first time participating in a Klook day trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Compared to traveling to far-off locations on my own by public transportation, joining the tour was much simpler, more convenient, and more relaxing. Today's tour guide, Kevin, was enthusiastic and friendly, and he also shared some tips to make the experience even more enjoyable. His trilingual explanations in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese were truly amazing. I hope that future tour guides I encounter will be just as nice.
I had a great experience with the tour led by Xiaoyu. Although we didn't make it to the Elf Terrace after everyone assessed the time constraints, we unexpectedly saw the sunset and Mount Tokachi in Shikisai-no-oka. The tour guide spoke clearly and logically, and had plenty of experience and patience 👍🏻.
Driving in Japan during winter is very dangerous, that's why I chose this plan. Firstly, it allows you to go further distances, and secondly, you don't have to plan anything yourself. We went to Shikisai-no-oka, and there was an optional snowmobile ride for 15,000 yen. However, the top speed was only about 10km/h, mostly around 5-8km/h, which was a bit unsatisfying, but that's not related to this plan. Overall, time was tight, but oh well, having to travel far for a day trip is just how it is.
Asahikawa Asahiyama Zoo: A perfect experience! The penguin parade is incredibly cute, the polar bear exhibit is full of highlights, the park's layout is comfortable, and the animals are in great condition. It's a healing experience from start to finish, a must-see in Hokkaido! Next time, I'll book this tour again to see the summer flower fields.
