- Each passenger is entitled to bring 1 luggage and 1 carry-on bag. Surcharges will be applied for any extra luggage, the driver has the right to refuse service if the shuttle bus is overloaded
- Passengers are allowed to bring up to the recommended number of luggage. Additional surcharges will apply for extra pieces of luggage, to be paid directly in cash (USD) to the driver
- A surcharge of at least USD10 will apply for each excess luggage. Meanwhile, surcharges of USD10 will also apply for special luggage such as bicycle, overweight luggage or musical instrument, and sports equipment like surf boards smaller than 6 inches

Very easy to locate them at the arrival terminal. Driver is friendly.
Fast and easy. As soon as you arrive at baggage claim, the team of local operator will be ready for you (check your booking again for whom to meet). Then their team member will escort you to the bus that travels to your hotel. Comfortable ride.
Very good. Someone is holding a board with my name at the baggage claim area and I feel very easy to spot with their uniform (flowery shirt). Just that have to be abit patience as it is a shared shuttle service transfer
The staff waiting for us and guide us to the mini bus. the pick up location is near to the exit. the driver is good driver.
