🔄 Itinerary Arrangement Instructions This itinerary is a fixed group tour route, and vehicle usage time is limited to 10 hours (in compliance with relevant Japanese regulations). Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be waited for and are non-refundable. The itinerary sequence and the duration of stay at each attraction will be flexibly adjusted according to the traffic, weather, and opening status of the attractions on the day. 📌 Special Reminder during Closed Periods: Asahiyama Zoo is expected to be closed from April 8, 2025 to April 25, 2025. Forest Terrace is expected to be closed from November 3, 2025 to November 28, 2025.
- If Asahiyama Zoo or Forest Terrace is temporarily closed, it will be replaced with other popular attractions in the Furano and Biei areas (such as Grape Research Institute, Biei Platinum Hot Spring, etc.).
- If Asahiyama Zoo and Forest Terrace are temporarily closed at the same time, the estimated stops are as follows: Blue Pond: about 30 minutes; Shirahige Falls: about 15 minutes; Herb Garden: about 20 minutes; Platinum Hot Spring: about 90 minutes. Adjustments due to seasons and conditions are normal arrangements, and refunds will not be given for this reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
🧒 Notice for Children and the Elderly Participating in the Tour Children under 3 years old can join without occupying a seat, and the fee is xxxx yen/person (please note when registering). If not specified in advance and there are insufficient seats on the day, boarding will not be possible, and the fee will not be refunded. Please purchase an adult ticket for children aged 3 and above. Seniors over 70 years old must ensure they are in good health and be accompanied by a family member throughout the trip. Travelers under the age of 18 cannot register alone and must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler.
🎒 Items to Bring and Assembly Instructions Each traveler can bring 1 piece of luggage free of charge, regardless of size. Please make a note in advance. This itinerary is a shared group tour. Please cooperate with the driver and guide’s arrangements and strictly abide by the meeting and departure times. If you fail to participate as scheduled or leave the group midway due to lateness or personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the related risks.
⏳ Booking and Cancellation Policy Please place your order at least 48 hours before departure. Once the itinerary is confirmed, if you need to cancel, a corresponding handling fee will be charged according to the platform policy.
