The package fee includes fuel, parking fees, tolls, and driver's accommodation and meals. Overtime fees are not included.

The package I purchased was a two-day private car tour around Shanghai. When I placed the order, I selected Wuzhen and Suzhou. Due to the weather, we changed our plans to go to Hangzhou today and intend to visit Suzhou tomorrow. The vendor is requesting an additional fee of 900 RMB, which I find unacceptable. I am considering filing a complaint.
