[Insurance Details] All HV RENT A CAR motorcycles have comprehensive and reliable insurance: Unlimited coverage for personal injury/Unlimited coverage for property damage (50,000 yen deductible *1)/30 million yen for personal injury.
① Property Damage Liability Waiver: 550 yen/day (This fee is already included in the plan) In the event of an accident causing damage to property, the policyholder is responsible for a deductible of 50,000 yen (*1), which is waived for those who join this compensation system.
② Our Vehicle Insurance System: 1,650 yen/day During the rental period, regardless of whether a third-party accident or a unilateral accident (such as skidding and falling while stationary) causes damage to the rented vehicle, those who join this compensation system can be exempted. *Please decide whether to join on the day of vehicle pickup.
[NOC Business Interruption Compensation] If the rented vehicle cannot continue to be used or needs to be sent to a factory for repairs after an accident, the renter will be responsible for the business loss during that period. If the vehicle can still be driven: 20,000 yen If the vehicle cannot be driven: 50,000 yen *We are sorry, but there is currently no system to waive the NOC business interruption compensation.

[Precautions] *Rental is limited to those who are 20 years or older and have a driver’s license. *This plan is calculated on a “per day” basis. For example: If you depart at 12:00 on the same day and return the car at 12:00 the next day, please select the “2-day” plan. *Free cancellation is provided on rainy days. Please contact us through the store’s official LINE, E-mail, or telephone (Japanese only). *We do NOT provide airport, station, and port transfer services. Please use public transportation to come to the store to pick up the car by yourself. *If you are more than “30 minutes” past the scheduled departure time and do not actively notify us of the reason, the business has the right to cancel the order as a “consumer’s waiver of rights” and charge the full cancellation fee.
