Quite comfortable going to Bangkok from Siem Reap. The tour guide is approachable when needing assistance. You need to get off at the border and walk afterward. Overall, it is ok since it's cheap and easy to use.
Giant Ibis bus company is truly trustworthy to its service. They got off on time and arrived earlier than estimated time of arrival. We were safe during the travel period. The seats are very comfortable also. It is like a lazy boy kind of chair. They also provided lunch at the bus after the immigration at Bangkok. The bus stops every 2hrs of the travel time for bathroom breaks. Overall 5⭐️!!
Overall, the bus experience was great! Our tour coordinator was very accommodating and helpful especially in terms of assisting us in the immigration procedure. There was free coffee, morning snacks and lunch.
this was a great ride. the bus left on time and i was almost late but good thing i was able to reach them before leaving. the guide was friendly and he helped us during the border crossing. he instructed us where to go and also informed us of the scams we might encounter and so we were able to avoid them. he also showed us the comfort room and even helped us have our money exchanged to dollars. overall, it was a great experience and i am glad i booked it here in klook
Our transfer experience was actually good! No hassle at all! We got snacks upon the start of the trip and fried rice with cucumber after crossing the boarder for our lunch. There was wifi and a charging port on board so the trip went smoothly! :)
The travel was hassle free and everything went smooth even crossing the border from Siem Reap to Bangkok. Just make sure you stick with your bus group and always have your flight itinerary with you when crossing the border. 👍🏼
The person in duty is very responsible and helpful. The trip was taking longer than estimated as there was passengers that met some problem with their visa in the border. However, the bus service is good and professional. And they are clear in giving any instruction or explanation. They can communicate well In English too so there is no problem at all for the whole trip. The food prepared by them is a plus too. Moreover it is much cheaper to buy it here.
I must say that it was the most amazing bus I had ever experienced. Because there’s no one like this in our country. Fast, reliable and convenient. The staff were so approachable and they didn’t neglect us during the trip. The lunch and the snacks were good because they served us right after the Immigration Process in Siem Reap. So I’ll give 5 stars and book again for my next trip in Southeast Asia. 😍😚🇰🇭🇹🇭
The bus was on time and we got to Siem Reap earlier than the ETA. It was also hassle free since the bus conductor guided us and told us what we should do. The bus was comfortable and they gave us free lunch, water, and snacks. However, we were reserved two seats per person which made things a bit complicated so please check your vouchers. But that was a problem with Klook and not with the bus company. Would definitely use Ibis again.
Backpacking indochina could be pretty intimidating especially when there's a lot of horror stories of traveller's being left by the bus after clearing immigration on the border. And so I know I have to book this from klook as I've been a regular user and I know how legit they are. Bus wise, it's on time, clean and seats are comfortable. Throughout the 7 hour trip to Siem reap, we were able to sleep well and snack and coffee were provided. Also, there is one English speaking driver that guides us on all the process. As for the luggage, worry not as they have a sort of ticket system so nobody can just claim your luggage. Thanks klook!
