Great performances, but organization with venue entry was horrible. Hope Klook will sell the tickets next year also.

It was a wonderful concert; our family had so much fun. We wished it wouldn't end! It was very crowded and so entertaining. We lost our voices from singing along.

The ticket exchange process was very smooth. There weren't many Taiwanese people, so there was no need to wait in line, and the staff were all very friendly! There are two wristbands; one is for 19+ which means you can enter and purchase alcoholic beverages on-site.

A fantastic music festival! It was a lot of fun all day long, and I got to know many bands and singers. I hope you continue to have it next year.

I was grateful to be able to buy Pentaport tickets at a discount right before the event. Picking them up on the day of the event was smooth, and I didn't have to wait in line after entering the ticket area.

Super fun and heard lots of good music

I bought a 3-day pass on Klook because it was discounted. Logically, I should have been able to pick up the tickets on any of the three days. I didn't go on the first day and tried to pick them up on the second, but the ticket showed as expired? The staff at the first counter also said it was expired and couldn't be picked up. Luckily, someone at the next counter knew there was an issue with the ticket and still allowed me to pick it up. It's already difficult to communicate when abroad, and making such a mistake and artificially creating stress makes it impossible to trust the platform.
