After our trip to Siem reap we are to head to Ho Chi Mihn but had to stop over Phnom penh. This is my first time trying a sleeper bus and I thought I would not be able to sleep at all. But the bus was incredibly comfortable and clean that we've been to phnom penh without even realizing. There is also a comfort room inside the bus which is also a great thing. Water, wet tissue, a pillow and blanket were provided. The ride felt safe the whole time. Must avail!

Best way to travel from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Seats are clean and has enough legroom. They drove safely, provided a snack and a bottle of water, and they also speak in English to let you know what’s going on, how many stops and how many minutes in the bus stop. You can also charge your gadgets in the bus and they have WiFi. The bus stops are generally cleaner than the ones with other bus companies. We left at 9:45am and arrived in Siem Reap before 5pm.

The bus left Siem Reap at 12:30pm and arrived in Phnom Penh by 6:30pm. Reclining seats are clean and comfy with enough legroom. A snack and a bottle of water is provided, with a packet of wet tissue as well. There are two bus stops and the toilets are clean. The only thing I noticed was that the air conditioning was not as good as the previous Giant Ibis bus we took from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Otherwise, the service is still good and the driver drove carefully. The bus has WiFi and you can charge your gadgets. The bus terminal in Siem Reap is a bit far from the city center. You need to be at the terminal 30minutes before your scheduled departure.

Great staff great bus great driver great bed. With sokcet for charging. With a narrow restroom inside. I wish i knew that our chosen beds were on the lower bunk. Upper bunks were better because of windows. Left on time but arrived late.
