The tour guide was attentive and made sure everyone was ready after renting the ski equipment before setting off to the ski resort. Tutorials were not included this time and we had to pay extra for the ski resort instructor, but the tour guide helped follow up and checked into the resort hotel. It was the first day of skiing. After returning the skis at 4 o'clock, the tour guide will directly hand over the room card. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and game arcades in the resort, so you won't feel bored at night. After checking out the next day, you can rent a hotel locker to store your luggage, and then ask the tour guide to pick up the cable car pass and rent skis. The two-day and one-night itinerary is very smooth. As a reminder, you can prepare 2-4 ₩500 coins to rent lockers first.

ur 1st ski trip! 2D1N ski package. We chose the pick up point at Hotel The Designers Dongdaemun. Mr. K is good and responsible tour guide. (5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him) All well communicated for pick up, drop off and even he was there for me when I have issue on my baggage storage on the 2nd day.(after hotel checkout & the hotel lockers were fully occupied) Just that the rental for ski outfits design kind of ugly. 🫤🫤 SONO SKI PARK is good… kids and I enjoyed and had great fun there!

Joined a two-day, one-night ski tour. Breakfast is provided with sponge cake. Before arriving at the ski resort, they will first go to the ski school to change their ski suits. They can also buy protective gear, masks, stockings on the spot, and rent protective gear and helmets at reasonable prices. The guides Mick and Vanessa are attentive and friendly. After arriving at the ski slopes for more than an hour, they will have free classes until 4:30 pm. There is a supermarket and various entertainment facilities in the underground street of the ski resort. The hotel is within 5 minutes from the ski slopes. The rooms are comfortable and very large with cooking utensils; however, please note that the hotel does not provide large bath towels and conditioners. The free skiing time on the second day is 10: 30-4: 30, and it will be dissolved in Myeongdong at about 7:00. The schedule is satisfactory.

The whole trip was really well organized and convenient, from picking us up to going to the ski school to get the ski jacket and ski pants, ski goggles, helmet was additional rental if you wanted. Ski mask or a neck warmer long enough to cover yr face will be useful (long scarf not allowed), otherwise can purchase. Ski gloves also need to be purchased if you don't have. Wear socks that are long as well ideally till below yr knees. Attire wise if intending to really ski (evn for a beginner like me, I was sweaty despite only wearing thermals under the ski jacket. Dress light. Rmb sun screen as well. Went on to the Vivaldi to collect our ski boots and ski poles and skis, and tbh it was really hassle free. Most things can be left on the bus so that was really convenient too. Food at the resort is rather pricey and not fantastic. I did the 2d1n ski + ocean world. Accommodation was amazing. Stayed in sono b family room and it was huge w a fully equipped kitchen w pans and pots and rice Cooker, a dining area and living room. Opted for a double bed but you can choose 2 single beds as well. Balcony overlooked the ski slopes which was rly nice. Just to note they only provide small towels, shampoo and soap. No conditioner or big towel or toothbrush. There are more eating areas there and a small supermarket as well. Only used the sauna and jjimjilbang at ocean world as time was abit tight for everything and realised that alot of additional cost came with playing in the park, life jacket rental (compulsory), towel rental. Jjimjilbang requires a rental for the outfit and Towel which is abt 3000 won per person. Otherwise a rly great experience!!

The customer service was very patient to answer the questions I wanted. On the day, SA staff gave me tickets. Although it was a self-help solution, they would also try to assist if there was a problem on the site. It was considered a very high CP value, and accommodation + tickets were super convenient. I had a great time this time, the rooms were clean and there were plenty, and there were many dining options. There are supermarkets to buy daily necessities. I really recommend it to people who bring children but do n’t want to join the group. This self-help solution is very cost-effective. If you want to go back to the room to rest, you can walk back. Also thank you very much for the staff of SA who also helped me find my mobile phone and contacted me for many places, and will come again next year!

Overall, it is very convenient. There is also a pick-up and drop-off in Seoul city. However, please note that the only stop is Hongdae on the return trip, so you may want to pay attention to your accommodation on the return trip. The ski resort accommodation and nearby environment are very convenient. Starbucks, gourmet food, and restaurants are all available, so you don’t have to worry about getting hungry while skiing.

Mr K was a great guide throughout the trip. He kept us all entertained on the bus with his humour and ensured we were prepared for the day. At the end of the first day, we went to the bus to collect our bags and K had already checked us into our room and made arrangements with the team for how we get our pass for the next day. The other members of the team met us and were also super efficient at the ski school. thank you to the S.A. Team. The room we stayed in was so nice, clean and comfortable. it was great to be so close to the ski resort!

We had a very pleasant experience with our tour lead and snowboarding instructor - Mr. K as he communicated throughout and always answered any questions promptly. We are snowboarding noobies, and we appreciate Mr. K for being extremely patient and taught us different techniques which allow us to improve and enjoyed the sport during the short span of time. Highly recommend to do 2 days at Vivaldi Park with this package/tour group and sign up for private coaching with Mr. K if you get to meet him.

Great experience. K was an awesome guide and the staff at the ski attire rental shop/ski school were professional and emphasised on safety. At vivaldi ski park, you can rent lockers with 1000won (prepare 1000won notes)
