KL TravelPass

I really liked the KL Travel Pass — it made getting around the city so much easier! The included airport transfer via the KLIA Ekspres was smooth and convenient, and the unlimited rides on the LRT, MRT, and Monorail made exploring KL hassle-free. It was especially convenient when visiting places like Bukit Bintang and KLCC. Activating the pass was simple, and I didn’t have to worry about topping up or buying separate tickets. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting KL and planning to use public transport!
You can redeem your ticket directly at the ticket counter by the entrance gates. After the exchange, they'll explain which lines require additional top-up to ride.
The plane arrives at the airport after 5 o'clock, and the ticket exchange counter opens at 6 o'clock. In fact, there are staff nearby. You can ask them if they can help with early processing! The self-service machine at the counter is not available, so don’t wait around!

I just showed the voucher to the staff at the KLIA1 counter and they understood and issued it easily. That said, there were a lot of things to do on the terminal, so I was told to wait 5 minutes, but it was no problem. I didn't use Touch 'n Go this time, so I'd like to use it again.
The Kuala Lumpur subway is easy to use, and there are not many people. The entire carriage is like a refrigerator, the air conditioner is super strong, and the route instructions at the station are very simple and clear.

Very satisfied with the service. The KLIA Express counter staff was very friendly. The card came with a map, receipt and a very nice hard card. The card is extremely fast and responsive to use. It's easy to top up. Although there were a few errors when swiping at stations in the city, I just had to take it out and swipe it again. Great.
