KL TravelPass (Metro Card)

Must have to experience the nooks and corners of the KL city …. it’s quite convenient as you just need to tap and go …. you don’t need to keep a tap on the fare as it is free for 1st 2 days so without a thought you can hop on and off

this is a must buy especially if you want to explore the city by train. the klia express is a very convenient way to go to the city. i advised you to buy this in klook in advance as the kiosk to get this ticket only accepts card, plus you'll get to avoid the long lines. mrt map is also easy to navigate.

value for money . very easy to pick up . we got it from Klia2 entry gate. from there you can take KLIA express or KLIa transit. the express covers the distance to KL sentral in 28 minutes. it is a full ac train, no stops in between. if you want to go to intermediate places take the KLIa transit. staff are counter very so pleasant and helpful , they explained how to use the card . you can use for 1/return trips from airport to KL sentral and 2 days unlimited monorail , mrt , LRT etc. value for money and time . it is also a touch and go card which you can reload and use at certain stores for payment

No complaints at all. It's just one card you use for almost everything (since most places are reachable by train). And things were explained very clearly by the people at the KL Ekspres booth. If you're exploring KL a lot, the 2-day pass is absolutely useful.

The lady was nice enough to explain what the card covers and provided a map! Fast and efficient! I was surprised Klia ekspress has wifi and some charging ports in seats. The location was very straightforward. After the immigration and screening of luggages they is a downward slope were you just head straight(you will see Tunetalk along the way too to get Tunetalk Simcard purchase from Kloom) until you see H&M then turn right and you will see the counter.

Very easy to redeem this KLIA express ticket and a travel pass ~ now the return KLIA express fare is RM 125 return/RM 80 single. Will save quite a lot by purchasing this travel pass from KLOOK. Higly recommend ~

navigating KL as a solo traveler is very easy having the KL Pass. I recommend that once you reach KL sentral, immediately proceed to level 2 and use the top-up machine to reload the card with 20rm or more especially if you will be staying in KL for almost a week, because after you use the 2-calendar days of unlimited rides (except for KTM), it's faster and more convenient to just tap the card when using the train lines versus buying single journey token (that also costs a few scents more) the ride to the airport terminal is also smooth and the train carriages are clean

We went to the wrong KLIA express counter but the supervisor was so friendly and assisted us all the way to the right counter. They also explained how to use it as well as the terms and conditions for the pass

Had a 5hr layover in KL and I had always wanted to visit the Petronas towers. The metro card was the best option to get me into KLCC in good time and back to KLIA2 to catch my connecting flight. Great service by the Ekpress on level 2 and smooth journey all through.
