The driver drove smoothly and our guide was very professional. It was a great rainforest experience. We saw many hundreds of years old trees, breathed in oxygen, and felt the aura.
overall experience is very nice. our guide Thinh is friendly, helpful and very flexible with agenda based on what guests need. Minor feedback to Klook (not operator) - I needed to pay for min number of guests (3) as I was the first to book, however there were more people join the group but Klook did not refund to me, but I rather got some refund from operator (not full) due to 24 hour cancellation policy. Klook should add this exception into cancellation policy.
A very interesting jungle trip, saw many plants and organisms not found in the city, and was fortunate enough to see many monkeys. The cocoa plantation is also very suitable for popular science education for children.
