Reviews
Honestly, I'm not satisfied with this tour. I don't recommend booking it. 1. The tour content and duration listed on Klook differ from the actual schedule. 2. There's no mention of the tour company, and the contact information is a personal phone number of someone involved with the tour. They don't contact you unless you ask about the schedule. 3. At pickup, the driver who came didn't know my name or the number of people. Despite contacting them the day before about where to meet, I didn't receive any communication. I was really worried because I didn't know if I could trust the driver. 4. I was told the hot air balloon tour was optional. I pointed out that Klook doesn't mention it being optional at all, and it was no longer optional, but the fact that even the person listing it didn't know the situation created a lot of distrust. 5. There was an attempted theft on the cruise. When I returned to my room, a staff member was opening my bag and looking inside. I felt very uncomfortable and scared. The manager apologized and removed the staff member from the boat, but on the last day, they didn't even greet me, even though they were right in front of me. Very indifferent. 6. Regarding the cruise room: it had a very strong chemical smell. I got a headache. Other Asians wanted to change rooms, but there were no vacancies, so they exchanged it for the manager's room. And because all the Asians were in rooms below deck and the Westerners were using the upper floor, I felt a sense of discrimination. 7. The guide was late, over an hour late. On the day of the Abu Simbel tour, 30 minutes after the agreed time, I contacted the tour and was told they were running late. The guide didn't know the location of my boat, and there was a communication error. And in Abu Simbel, I was handed over to a guide I didn't know. On the way back, due to the lateness and communication errors, other foreigners refused to tip. Then, the driver started driving slowly down an unpopular road. I felt very scared. The good points were seeing the beautiful Egyptian scenery and the guide, Mohamed, on the last day was very good. He explained everything carefully, and I had a very good experience at the end.
