Venus 3D2N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

We had one of the best cruise experiences ever. Firstly when we booked the Venus cruise, the operator contacted us as mentioned it was fully booked but made availability with an even better cruise ship called Diana. This was a bit more pricey but totally worth it. The service overall provided was super professional, fun and friendly. The ship and the room was clean and super modern. The route and the scenery was stunning even though we went during overcast period. We did kayaking, pearl farm and jumping into the water. Highly recommended tour do the tour for 3 days as anything less would be a shame. One thing to note which is extremely disappointing is that their menu is priced in dollars and drinks are expensive ($8-12 for each). This is clearly their way of making money out of foreigners so be warned. Overall the experience was great and highly recommended.

Awesome boat with a small jacuzzi pool. Spacious and clean room. Service level was top notch. Food was excellent. Itinery was good.

This wasnt the cruise we did as it was full, but the agent was very kind in arranging an alternative for us of equal level. the help he gave me to make sure we were accommodated for was excellent. highly recommend booking via this person

we had booked Venus cruise on Klook but there was no room for our dates. Aaron from SSA travel contacted me promptly and organised another cruise. pick up from our hotel in Hanoi was smooth and Aaron was very good with organising our trip. thanks Aaron

this was a terrible experience.. The food was not good at all and we didn’t do the activities that was promised in the booking. no cooking class, no boating in the caves. and the schedule was really bad.. it was not 3d2n cruise, it was 2 night 2 day.. and it was no cruise, the boat was just anchored at the same spot and a smaller boat picked us up for the activities. it sucked! and also we got scammed with the booking of the room.
