If rain causes visibility to drop below our safety standards, the cruise will be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued online. Please note that using an umbrella while sailing is extremely dangerous, so we kindly ask that you prepare waterproof and warm clothing in advance. Q: Will we be able to see wildlife? A: Because these are wild animals, we cannot guarantee sightings during the cruise. However, if you are lucky, you might spot brown bears or dolphins, and on very rare occasions, even whales may appear. We highly recommend bringing a pair of binoculars to get the best possible view of the animals!

We departed smoothly and on time, with excellent service. We saw a lot of drift ice, which was spectacular. It's a shame we didn't see any seals, but be careful of the birds overhead.
I was on the 9:30 AM flight on March 6th, and I was very lucky because there was a lot of drift ice that day, and the visibility was quite clear, making for a great experience! However, the ride was a bit too short. Overall, it was still a very memorable experience.
Location: You can take a bus or walk from JR, the bus stop is in front of the ferry terminal building; there is also a parking lot, and the navigation is clear and convenient. Experience: The boat is very stable, there are plenty of seats, and there are also outlets; you can also go to the left and right sides of the hull and the upper deck, which is a great experience.
Take a boat out to sea! Admire the drift ice! The drift ice is truly beautiful and magnificent❤️❤️❤️, everything is so wonderful, it's a pity it's only an hour round trip, not nearly enough time to see it all, be sure to grab a good spot (next to the boat) to take pictures! 😊😊😊
We booked several months in advance, and luckily, when we couldn't book directly on the official website, we found tickets on KLOOK. However, with natural phenomena like this, luck plays a huge part. It just so happened that the days before and after our arrival were warmer, so our long-awaited "ice-breaking tour" turned into a "sea cruise" 😅. Nevertheless, when we exchanged our tickets at the booking counter that day, the boat company staff honestly informed us: "There's no ice on the sea today, so you can choose a full refund or a 2000 JPY/person refund for a pure sightseeing cruise..." Since we had already traveled all this way, of course, we decided to take the boat trip. Hopefully, we'll have better luck next time! 😅😉
We took the Rusha Bay route and got a close-up view of the landscape, which was very special, but we didn't see any brown bears. The lighting wasn't good for photos in the morning, so I recommend taking an afternoon tour. Since I don't understand Japanese, I couldn't follow the commentary. It would be better to preview the information beforehand.

The 11:00 AM ferry on January 25th. The store directly refunded 1,000 yen in cash before departure because there was no drift ice.
When I went on Sunday, there was a long line and it was quite crowded. We also had to pay an additional 500 yen per person for a seat on the boat because there weren't enough. Seeing the ice was very impressive.
