- Within 24 hours after placing the order, customer service will add your contact information; 1 day before departure and before 6 PM, a tour notification or guide's WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and the guide will proactively contact you. Please submit your ID photos promptly to facilitate itinerary arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation.
- These tour routes are group tours, and there may be waiting times for other passengers or vehicles. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, governmental actions, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the travel agency (weather changes, road congestion, train/flight delays, etc.), we reserve the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without affecting the sightseeing spots. Any expenses incurred due to such changes will be borne by the tourist. No refunds will be provided to guests who voluntarily leave the tour midway for personal reasons.
- Our company is not liable for any costs and legal responsibilities caused by train, road, or ship delays or detentions due to force majeure; or any losses and consequences caused by overcrowding and excessively long waiting times due to objective factors such as high tourist season at various attractions, stations, and restaurants resulting in the inability to arrange the itinerary as originally planned.
- Please ensure that the personal information you provide during booking is accurate and complete, and matches your valid identification document, to avoid unnecessary financial losses.
- Please prepare your personal over-the-counter medications (such as adhesive bandages, anti-inflammatory drugs, cold medicine, motion sickness medicine, etc.). Please exercise caution when shopping in stores in public places during the trip. The above actions are personal and the travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
- During the tour, please follow the instructions of the tour guides and cooperate with the driver and guides. Group members should look after each other, and the minority should follow the majority. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during free activities. When visiting attractions by boat or rafting, pay attention to the safety of yourself and your belongings, and especially prevent valuables (cameras, wallets, mobile phones, etc.) from being soaked in water. Please arrive at the meeting point on time according to the meeting time informed by the tour guide, in order to avoid missing the time to visit the next attraction.
- If you have any complaints, comments, or suggestions regarding the services arranged by our company during the tour, please raise them promptly at the location so that we can actively assist in resolving them! If complaints are not resolved locally, our company will also file them locally; complaints not filed locally will be considered invalid. If no objection is raised during the reception process, it will be deemed satisfactory, and complaints will no longer be accepted after the tour. Please fill out the Tourist Feedback Form carefully, as this is the main basis for handling complaints, and complaints that are inconsistent with the feedback form will not be accepted.
- Enshi is a region where ethnic minorities reside. Please respect local beliefs, cultural traditions, and customs. Some areas within the gorge may have standing water. Please avoid horseplay, take precautions against slipping, and be prepared for dripping water.
- For your safety, please keep your valuables with you at all times! Do not leave valuables in hotel rooms or on tour buses. Please safeguard your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to personal negligence.
- Please bring valid identification with you when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to not having valid identification, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
- Travelers must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency. Deception or concealment is not permitted. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a traveler's health condition.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting independently.
- If a traveler voluntarily leaves the group or changes their itinerary mid-tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the traveler will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues that arise as a result.
- Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the itinerary caused by force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, and any costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
- All times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to actual conditions on the day of the tour. Please be aware and understand that the itinerary is subject to change and adjustment due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, arrival and departure times, queuing and control at scenic spots, tourist-related issues, and force majeure.
- The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. To avoid delaying the行程 of other guests, we will depart promptly at the scheduled time and will not wait for late arrivals. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will bear the full loss.
