Reviews
I went on a tour with our tour guide, Sunny. He's very very very nice and helpful. He provides a lot of information and makes sure everyone's satisfied and I am. The best guide I ever joined tour with so far. The trip was fun especially the snowmobile. The zoo is good. If you join a tour and get Sunny as your tour guide, you're lucky. I'll come back!
the tour was really awesome. we really enjoy ourselves. especially at the snowmobile. you only can do this during winter time, it's really fascinating. Guide was professional and know every bits of Sapporo.
Here’s the revised review with that detail included: > The tour program was well-organized and efficient. Our guide, Mila, provided clear and engaging commentary throughout the trip, offering helpful tips along the way. She was attentive, supportive, and ensured everyone was comfortable. Assistance was always readily available when needed, and the schedule was followed punctually from start to finish. Highly recommended for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Great experience! I highly recommend our guide, Mr. Hong. He is very professional, hospitable, and attentive throughout the tour. We definitely need more tour guides like him! 💯
(-)Had trouble finding the pick up point for the bus transport but had it figured out somehow (-) the zoo seems like not much animals to see because winter either they remain indoor or hiding, no penguin walk o that day (-) Niggle terrace was a rush given only 15 minutes and the place was crowded, I didnt had the chance to enter (+) the guide was friendly spoke in Mandarin and English (+) love the Ken & Mary tree stopover (+) the snow mobile was great and the snowy picturesque view phenomenal
Amazing tour. Guide was very experienced and friendly. Even though there was a snowstorm the day before causing road blocks, she did not let that deter her. She reversed the order of our stops and we were able to experience everything in record time.
overall the trip was ok. managed to get to the places on time, came back around 7ish pm. it was a full bus so being a solo participant I was arranged to sit at the last row with a family with 4. not a good experience to be stuck arm to arm, shoulder to shoulder for the whole trip. ended up with a sore back
our guide, hong, was really attentive. he keeps on updating on whatsapp even if he announce it on bus. the tour was good, we enjoyed the snowmobile and the experience was greater
Our guide was Mei Fang and she was very attentive and share many interesting places to visit around Hokkaido. To our surprise, we met her at Otaru during her day off, and that was the place she had recommended us for desserts. She pays particular attention to senior citizens.
Thanks to Sunny for guiding us and gave good tricks to enjoy all places with no regret. I am a solo traveller and is definitely a good choice to travel using their service. Recommend!
