Pre-trip Notice

• Please ensure that the communication app you have provided remains accessible while you are traveling in Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and guide information for the following day's trip to your email by 20:00 on the day before departure. Please check it (it may be in your spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the cancellation will be notified by email one day prior to departure. In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, cancellations will be confirmed by 18:00 on the day before departure (local time) and notified via email.

Seating and Vehicles

• The tour is a join-in tour. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please leave a note. We will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement is subject to the site.
• Vehicle types are arranged according to the number of people, and specific vehicle types cannot be designated. For small groups, a driver may also act as the accompanying staff, and the commentary may be relatively brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must notify us in advance. If you bring it without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle; any damage or staining will be compensated according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 Japanese yen per hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or omit attractions based on actual conditions.
• In case of suspension of facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships due to weather or force majeure, the tour will be changed to other attractions or the stopover time will be adjusted.
• Late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons will not be refunded. Any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the tour shall be borne by yourself.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, in special circumstances such as highway closures or restrictions on entering scenic spots, we will reduce or change the route, and refunds are not available.

Other Notes

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway.
• It is recommended to wear lightweight clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain trips, please bring your own warm clothing.

Day tours do not include personal travel insurance and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseeable factors. Thank you for your understanding.

After the trip departs, if it is forced to suspend due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers must bear the return trip or additional accommodation expenses themselves.

During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, severe traffic congestion or early closures of scenic spots are common. It is recommended not to book same-night flights, Shinkansen, or dinners, and to bring your own light snacks and power bank.
