The guide's commentary was also excellent.
It was all a back and forth; nobody knew about any reservations. The descriptions later mentioned something about a $35 per person "service and gas fee." To me, it seems like they're trying to rip people off, hoping they'll just accept it. Afterward, when I refused to pay the $70 for two people because it was "under clarification," I left my passport there, knowing I wouldn't get the money back in the end. Klook kindly handled this case wonderfully and was very helpful. I recommend choosing a different provider where everything is more organized and clearer. The ride itself was interesting, as was the tour. However, this has nothing to do with the tour operator, as these belong to the park itself. P.S. They want a "tip" for everything, which is incomprehensible and outrageous in my opinion. In the end, I can only speak from my own experience.
