Last time, I took the bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat, and this time it was the opposite direction. Both departure and arrival locations were the same, which made it easier to understand and compare. Ho Chi Minh City is designated as 1, and Da Lat as 2. [Same] Waiting area at the station with seating/food & drinks allowed, water dispenser, restrooms, limited power outlets, snack and bottled water distribution, paper ticket exchange at the counter, luggage stickers, interior night lights/curtains/thin blankets, chairs that allow passengers up to 170cm to stretch legs and lie down, easy to book a GRAB car upon arrival in the early morning or late at night, so no worries. [Different] 1: USB port not working for charging, clean seats, rest stop around 1 AM, smoother ride, travel time about six hours / 2: Charging available on the bus, lower part of the seats a bit dirty, rest stop around 2 AM, although there weren't many sudden brakes, the road was bumpier, so those prone to motion sickness are advised to take medicine, travel time about five hours.

The bus was quiet, and the seats were clean, but there were no charging facilities, only lights, curtains, a thin blanket, a small bottle of water, and some snacks. I don't recommend this bus if you have trouble sleeping, as the braking and varying speeds will cause you to wake up frequently. Upon arriving in Da Lat, there are two stops where you can get off. The first stop, Da Lat Central Station, is at approximately 5:00, where you will disembark with passengers from another bus. The second stop is at 5:20, which is the address provided on the website map and is closer to the city center. In any case, after arriving, you can take a Grab to your accommodation to store your luggage. Remember that Grab drivers may approach you on the street asking if you need a ride; I suggest not agreeing casually to avoid being deceived. It's safer to book a car using the app.

The travel was smooth. We were able to sleep on the ride all the waybto Dalat. Has free snacks. And the busbstation in Ho Chi Minh is near in D1 and D3. Very accessible.

arrive at the bus station place not too early not too late as the waiting area is very crowded. after booking on app you have to go to the counter to print the paper ticket, keep it with you always. the ride was smooth not bumpy and I had a good sleep. single cabin. spacious. will definitely choose this service again.

I recently took a sleeper bus from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat. When I arrived, they couldn’t initially find my name on the list, and it took over 10 minutes to sort out, but I appreciated their patience and professionalism. Once onboard, I was assigned a lower-deck seat, which made the ride very comfortable and stable. I slept almost the entire way and felt well-rested upon arrival. Overall, despite the small check-in hiccup, the journey was smooth, cozy, and relaxing. I’d recommend this bus for anyone traveling between these cities.

The seats are spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are complete with USB cables, lights, and even a reading light. You get bread, milk, bottled water, and a wet wipe. Highly recommended if you are traveling from HCMC to Da Lat or vice versa.

The staff at the Ho Chi Minh bus station were very helpful, proactively reminding travelers to arrive at the boarding location promptly, and the overall arrangement was smooth. However, the transfer arrangements after arriving in Da Lat were less than ideal. There were no personnel proactively contacting or guiding passengers, so I had to call a Grab to get to the city center myself.

The bus left on time and arrived much earlier than expected. Very comfortable cabin. Highly recommended!

Cabin sleeper bus was better than expected! Though the journey rides are not smooth, the roads are very bumpy and uneven, not suitable for people who have motion sickness. The space is sufficient for people up to 1.7m comfortably.
