The bus company provides excellent service, from customer care (they called to confirm the time and airport pick-up location about 12 hours before departure) to the journey itself. I traveled on sleeper bus 51C93368 and felt very well taken care of by the driver and assistant. The bus was very new, clean, and rode smoothly. I slept for about 8 hours and arrived in Nha Trang from Saigon.

The schedule was Phuket->Ho Chi Minh->Nha Trang, but I missed my flight to Nha Trang because it was delayed by 2 hours in Phuket. I had no choice but to make a last-minute reservation on a sleeping bus. I had always wanted to try it, so I used it with high expectations. It took 6 hours to get to Nha Trang, and I was satisfied with everything, but after getting off, they said they would pick me up and drop me off at the hotel within a 4km radius from the office for free, so I wrote down the hotel name and address. However, after getting off, the bike drivers were waiting and asked me where I was going, so I thought they were the drivers who would pick me up and drop me off, and I went to the hotel. It took about 5 minutes, and when I got off, they asked for money. When I asked how much, they ridiculously asked for 500,000 dong. I said okay, and they tried to give me a video while taking pictures of my face and bike number, but they asked for 200,000 dong. I was tired, so I ended up doing it, but those who will use it should be careful of Grab Bike taxis. I took a picture of a Grab taxi and it was 2,700 won...

smooth journey from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh. they have arranged the pick-up from hotel in vicinity of Nha Trang then transfer to the bus which is very good it saves you some money in to pay grab. Bus so clean provided drinking water, snacks and blanket of course clean wc.

the staff is helpful even the driver, bus are clean and tidy even the wc are well maintained, organized, enough space for sleep. not crowded. I got a window seat front side, the bus ride is smooth. expert driver. I have even request earlier to keep my bags with them so that I can roam around before departure they are kind to allow my request. plus wait there are snacks provided in cabin. Worth the price but treated vip.

This connection solution seems to be rarely used and has few reviews. But I still bravely took the risk and chose the surprisingly good one. Although the bed is much smaller than the one that cost $600, it provided water and snacks. After arriving in Nha Trang, I was free to the hotel. The connection was very good without any problems.

I traveled from Ho Chi Minh to Nha Trang. The seats were wide and comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The driver was friendly and the Wi-Fi worked well. I am 180cm tall, but I had no inconvenience at all. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I recommend Binh Minh Thai sleeping bus."

I had a kind and pleasant time. ^^ The car had some vibration, which was a little uncomfortable, but it was still okay. ^^

I used the 2 PM departure bus. After confirming the reservation, I checked the meeting time by email, and make sure you go early! ^^ It seems to have taken about 7 hours from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. We also went to the rest stop, so there's the fun of independent travel, lol.
