Expensive—but quality comes at a price. I booked transportation with them via WhatsApp and received prompt responses. The driver was punctual and professional. The location is quite far from the city center and may feel a bit sketchy at first, as you’ll pass through unpaved roads and farmland. A few more road signs would definitely help. Still, once you arrive, you’ll understand why it’s situated there. Upon entry, you’re welcomed by friendly pet dogs and a charming camping setup with complimentary coffee and snacks—perfect for an early morning escape. The flight itself was smooth, set against a stunning sunrise. Birds flew alongside us, and the lake shimmered under the early morning sun. It was a perfect 50-minute flight, with a 360° camera capturing memorable moments. The landing was incredibly smooth—like butter. An experience that truly reminds you how good it is to be alive.

I wish I can give even more stars to this review. This is one of the best experience I had in Chiang Mai!!! Add this on your trip, you definitely won't regret it!!! Got the riverdale package and every penny is worth it!! Every one at this company is just super professional; from booking confirmation, arriving at the airfield, preparing for flight and flying part. I will definitely come again and do it again with these guys!!!! Only thing to note is that the. klook package does not include hotel transfer but it can easily be arrange with skyextreme via WhatsApp for a very reasonable fee.

Amazing experience and one of a kind! Definitely a must try when you visit Chiang Mai. You may reach out directly to them via WhatsApp to arrange hotel pick up and drop off if you’re worried about the transportation. Only regret is that we did not book the Riverdale package as I’m initially scared. Another tip is to search what time is the sunset and book 15-30mins before that time if you want to view the change of colors during sunset.

The 30-minute paramotor flight was pure magic — soaring high above the Mae Kuang Dam, gliding past the mountain ranges, and circling the magnificent Wat Ban Den temple was nothing short of breathtaking. The scenery felt like something out of a dream, and the feeling of freedom up there is beyond words. The staff were incredible; warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their hospitality made us feel like family, not just guests. What started as an adventure turned into lasting friendships; we truly made friends for life. The experience was super good. Their itinerary descriptions are quite unclear. They have an open field where the powered paraglider can take off directly with a very short runway. The lowest tier involves flying a loop around northern Chiang Mai, passing over a scenic river valley dam. Higher-priced options likely go into the river valley, which also looks very beautiful from above, offering a different experience than flying over the town. When choosing, consider how long you're comfortable staying in the air. I'm heavy, so I felt very stable in the air. My friend, who is just over 60 kilograms, said she felt a bit dizzy, luckily she hadn't eaten breakfast. A DJI (I think it was an Action 5 Pro) is included in the package, and you can upgrade to an Insta360 for 100 THB. After landing, they'll transfer the footage directly to your phone. After booking, you can message them on WhatsApp for a 1500 THB transfer service. It's quite difficult to get a taxi in Chiang Mai, so this felt pretty worthwhile. On the way back, we just had the driver drop us off in the Old City, so we didn't have to go back to the hotel. You don't necessarily have to go back to the Old City; this place is very close to the elephant sanctuaries.

I enjoyed my experience so much, that I insisted on booking one for my mum as well! I cannot recommend it enough, it's truly been a highlight of an already incredible trip! Thailand is stunning and there's really no better way to discover it than this. it's been a wonderful meditation on all the beauty surrounding us. I'm going to think about this flight for a very long time and can't wait to try it again on another trip
