What To Expect from Tanah Lot Sunset Tour
Thanks to its rich Hindu heritage, Bali is blessed with architecturally beautiful Pura (or Balinese Hindu temples). Take a half-day tour of the island's must-see temples and sunsets. Visit the magnificent 17th-century royal family temple of Taman Ayun. Its name refers to the beautiful water garden surrounding the holy site. To get there, go through Alas Kedaton Temple and Forest, where you will meet monkeys and flying foxes. Finally, cap off the tour by gazing at the magnificent orange sunset behind Tanah Lot, a sacred Hindu shrine built on a rocky outcrop and surrounded by the shimmering ocean. Explore the temples, learn more about Bali's history, and enjoy the breathtaking views.

It was the best tour. I was originally going to go to Tina Lot in the morning, but I chose the sunset tour and it was truly a godsend. The guide kindly guided us, took pictures at Good Point, waited patiently while we explored freely, and answered our questions thoroughly, which was really nice. I really recommend this Tanah Lot Sunset Package, which picks you up at the hotel and takes you to the hotel after the tour. The Tanah Lot Sunset Tour is a tour that you will remember for a long time during your trip to Bali.
We had a wonderful Tanah Lot Sunset Tour! 🌅 The experience was even better because of Mr. Komang, our driver. He was very friendly, helpful, and informative, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and was always happy to assist. Highly recommended! - from 🇵🇭❤️
Tanah Lot is really pretty, definitely a must to visit esp for the sunset. However, it doesn't make sense to do a sunset only tour as the traveling to and fro took us almost 5hrs (for a 1-2 hr at Tanah Lot) and we got there an hr plus later than expected due to the very bad traffic even on a low tourism season so one can imagine the horror of traffic during peak season. Would make sense to do a full day tour visiting other sights along the way so that one starts out early morning when traffic isn't as bad as the afternoon traffic.
This was an excellent way to end my trip. Tanah lot was the most beautiful and peaceful place that I saw today. There were lots of people and you can see why. Special thanks to my driver, Made, who took me to Taman Ayun, Alas Hereton and Tanah Lot.
3 interesting stops on this fun afternoon/evening tour. Great to see some monkeys and the sunset at Tannah Lot on the last day of our holiday. An excellent option for a tour without a very early start!
My tour guide Belo was very nice and fluent in English. I ended up being the only one in the tour and so it was a more focused experience. He took lots of great photos for me also :) The sunset in Tanah Lot was very beautiful and I'm very happy with the experience. On the way to Tanah Lot we stopped by at a coffee and tea shop where they let me taste different coffees and teas for free. I also got to try Luwak coffee for 50,000 IDR which is very cheap compared to buying it in other countries.
O guide arrived on time and was friendly and knew his stuff. Unfortunaltely due to the weather (very cloudy) we didn’t get a good sunset so bear that in mind when booking. We still enjoyed seeing the temple and having a coconut while overlooking it.
Tanah Lot was amazing. Really beautiful sitting on the outcrop of rocks. Our driver Putu was a very good driver and arrived really early. Because we were ready, we left early, so unfortunately the wait for sunset would have been far too long, so we opted to miss it. The monkey Forrest we went to was really not what I expected, but I did see many monkeys. The king's Palace was interesting, but very hot.
Driver was very friendly and knew great English. Car was nicely clean and air conditioned. Driver always drove safely. He was very experienced and even offered local knowledge like a good tour guide would. Tanah lot itself was beautiful. The sunset was amazing.
Nice sunset but a little crowded, as expected in Bali. The guide Agoez was good, we had sone issues with pickups and the drive took 3 hours which was annoying but not his fault.
