Traveling abroad on snowy days can be quite inconvenient, but luckily I joined this tour, so I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The tour guide, Mia, also took great care of the whole group. Since I was traveling alone, I sometimes got lost during the itinerary, but Mia quickly found me and helped me rejoin the group smoothly.

We joined the self-guided tour from Kyoto, and the whole experience was good. It was very easy to locate the meeting point, and our guide, Richard, contacted us the night before to remind us about the pick-up location, which was really helpful. The Metta Agriculture & Livestock Farm boulevard is the most beautiful throughout, with the cedar trees on both sides being perfect for photos year-round. Sanzen-in is also good, but Shirahige Shrine is just average.

By becoming 'uncontactable' immediately after the cancellation, the operator demonstrated a deliberate intent to evade their responsibilities.
