we went there yesterday and it was heaven. . you can bring your own food at the top of the mountain. . the lift is unlimited rides. . you can bring your pet as well. . it's nice to bring a mat and just laydown at the top of the mountain while looking at the clouds.. it's a great place to relax and just chill. . we went there on oct. 12. Nice weather. .

I missed Lake Biwa when I came to Kyoto last April, so I came back during the summer vacation just to experience the beauty of Lake Biwa. If you buy tickets on K Look, you still have to go to the window to redeem them, but there are many windows, so don’t worry. I transferred right away 👍 The waiting time doesn’t take long and there will be a bus available in about 5 to 10 minutes. The beautiful scenery on the mountain will really take your breath away! Although the restaurant above is a bit expensive, it is worth it because you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and the relaxing nature. It is also not crowded and very comfortable ~ Thinking of the scene of chests against backs in popular cities, I still feel that Lake Biwa is too Awesome^_^

The ropeway is quite big and take time only 5 mins from the bottom of mountain to the top. Scenery overthere is fantastic. I and my friends really enjoyed the cafe. There are many activities to do. for example Zipline or Skywalk.

The beauty of the mountains and the lake is indescribably stunning. If there is heavy fog, it is not recommended because it is quite tiring. It will be very hot in summer, but if you go there on a sunny day, it will be very beautiful and refreshing. The cable car is included. Please pay attention to the official website to see if the other two free cable cars on the top of the mountain (the kind used in the ski resort) are open. They will be written on the official website the night before whether they will be open the next day. There are not many restaurants on the top of the mountain. It is recommended to bring some food with you. It will be very sunny and windy, so please wear sunscreen.

The cable car is large and can accommodate many people. It takes 5 minutes to go from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. The scenery along the way is beautiful and the ride is smooth. The scenery on the top of the mountain is pleasant, the breeze is refreshing, and there are many free games suitable for a family trip. It is a good place worth a half-day outing!

This was my second trip to Kyoto, so I wanted to try a new place, so I visited. It was definitely more popular with locals than tourists, so my wife and I were the only foreign visitors. Although the weather was cloudy, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the city, and had a relaxing time at the cafe on the terrace. It's a place I want to visit again.
