The pick-up and drop-off time is flexible, and Kawai Mountain must go, but the traffic jam is severe. The original one-hour drive back to the hotel took more than three hours to return to the hotel.

It ’s super convenient, it ’s very suitable for people who do n’t know how to arrange a trip. I ’m not very good at English, but Mr. “Bu Du” is still patient and tells us slowly, very happy and great.

I really liked it! The guide was very friendly, and as long as you can speak English, conversation isn't much of a problem! He also knew the culture very well and had really professional English skills. It was a useful time to be able to look around Bali while understanding its culture.

The driver is very friendly. Arrived at hotel hobby on time. He also brought umbrellas and come to pick up when big rain in the afternoon.

Eye opener for sky swing, must try activities viditing Bali for photo memory and video log.

Overall OK. Your guide will take you to a lot of shopping spots, it doesn't matter if you don't buy it. There is a place where you can choose to draw on your t-shirt. Bring a piece of white T. . .

The driver was super on time however I had several issue as below: 1. I selected a package for sight seeing Kintamani and Ubud, upon getting in the car the driver keep on asking where to go first, being a tourist how would I know which is nearer? It was very annoying because for every location he is asking me where to go next? 2. Based on the package there wasn’t any time frame for the tour expect it written “drop back to hotel at 6pm”, so I was under the impression that this is a tour so time is just an estimation, please note that there was not any clause or terms stating that there is overtime time fee if exceed more than 10 hours 3. The driver asked for overtime Rp50,000 upon dropping us at the hotel 4. Seems that the driver was not familiar with selected sight seeing, he was asking around people before purchasing the ticket 5. The driver didn’t inform us extra overtime fee will be imposed if exceeded 10 hours!!! I feel this is unfair for us as a tourist
