Reviews
first is the Klook platform, customer service disappointing gold tier customer. Super regid, not helpful. Going some extra miles won’t hurt but the customer service choose not to. The hotel, is super very dated. No concierge at all. We group of 9 incl elderly and young kids, need to settle our luggage. The restaurant, food offer from buffet mainly spicy, like 7/10 dish are spicy. Only plus point is the snorkeling trip and the reasonable price for snorkeling
