Spent mother's day of my mom and aunt (twins ♡) through Bon Mi's banh mi and coffee workshop. Definitely one of the best banh mi and coffee that we've tried in Northern Vietnam! Distinct and elevated, yet still so delicious and familiar in taste; price points definitely make sense. Moreover, the instructors and staff showcased talent and expertise in their line of work and displayed professionalism and warmth all throughout. They even handed a complementary gift or token of gratitude at the end of our workshop. Truly a worthwhile experience!
The staff are very accomodating and warm. i am glad I get to learn how Banh Mi is made. Banh Mi tastes sooooo delicious however the egg coffee can improve more. I love the place also. I enjoyed the experience too.
Lucy and Rex were amazing at teaching through the steps to make the banh mi and coffee. Very informative and friendly attitude made it really fun and enjoyable even though I was by myself. Loved the experience!
Really a great experience to learn more about banh mi and vietnam coffee. Our teacher Lucy was very informative, warm and friendly. We will definitely recommend this to friends.
great experience 👍👍thanks yen
I booked this because I was hoping to learn how to make the banh mi baguette from scratch because the description indicated “bake the perfect baguette”, but we ended up just toasting the pre-made baguette and putting our own fillings. Then we made egg coffee. I was hoping to learn something new, but to my disappointment, we made egg coffee using egg cream powder and not from real eggs. This class is definitely not for those who want to learn authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The description also indicated that there is a folder with recipes included with the class. I asked for it and was informed that they don’t give the recipes. I was very disappointed. The only good thing about this is my teacher for the day, Yen. He was super friendly has a good personality. My advice to the management is to revise the description for this class to avoid disappointment for those who are looking forward to learn new recipes
The service attitude is very good. They specially closed the store to give me a lesson and gave me a gift. The brothers are very good-looking, haha, and the taste is also good. I am sorry that I was late.
