The service staff wasn't very good; they kept trying to get us to cancel in the app because they said they get paid slowly. It makes you wonder why they even offer app bookings if they get paid slowly. The reception staff was unprofessional and tried every way to get us to cancel through the app and book in person. However, the massage therapist's service was excellent, and the hair washing was great.

I bought a combo of body massage and hair wash. massage was done normally but hair wash was done well with additional care over the face (therapist asked if I would like to have my face washed and I said yes). shop itself is luxurious and they provide nice dessert at the end.

The shop kept insisting that we cancel the reservation on the platform and buy directly on the spot, saying that Klook is very slow to pay them and they hassle for a long time.🙄
