【Pick-up and Drop-off Service】
- We provide free door-to-door pick-up and drop-off for hotels within Guilin city. Standard departure is around 9 AM. The trip generally ends around 5 PM, and we will drop you back at your hotel. Our overall service duration is controlled at around 8 hours. If the service exceeds this time due to special circumstances, an additional overtime fee will be charged. However, your needs are paramount, and the time can be flexibly adjusted. You can negotiate the best departure time with customer service after booking.
【Itinerary Introduction】

The trip hasn’t been cancelled even than the weather was really bad in the morning. There was a thunderstorm. Seats are small and not the most comfortable. However the tour guide (also driver) was very nice and accommodating. He was very patient and waited us to come back after our free time. He also helped another family to get back to the car even they were lost. He also got very good driving skills. The itinary is nice but not enough time was given in the first destination. One hour or 2 additional hours would be good, as we haven’t the time to see all such as the village and we’re rushing back to the car. I give 4 stars because the guide / driver is very nice.

A great experience with an attentive and fast driver who advised us on which spot to see on a foggy day. The van was okay, maybe a little cramped for tall people like me. To make it perfect, I would suggest trying to include all three panoramic viewpoints of the Jinkeng terraces, removing the village visit (I think most people choose it for the terraces). Overall, a very positive experience.
The advantage of this activity is that it includes transportation from Guilin to Longji, and the driver will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel, so you don't have to find your own transportation. The local scenery is unique, making it a good travel experience.

Guilin rice terraces are absolutely gorgeous! Hotel pick up was on time, however the little bus was uncomfortable and very hot! The stop at the village is okay, but just before this the guide made us eat at an overpriced, not-so-good restaurant.
perfect for solo traveler in terms of ease, convenience and value for money, even if the driver/tour guide does not speak English. small group of 8. you are given some free time to explore.
driver was very skilled and time efficient. itinerary was ok, some villages were worth seeing and some were not. the long haired ladies show was worth seeing and worth supporting as this is the main way they make money and can continue sharing their culture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the rice terraces in November / December after the rice has been harvested. the rice terraces are pretty dead at this time and is not worth the day trip.
Experienced driver. Good communication using WeChat for Chinese translation. The experience was unique, visiting the Yao village and the rice terraces.
Our driver, Mr. He, was excellent, meticulous, punctual, provided clear instructions, and drove carefully. We were able to enjoy our trip with peace of mind throughout, and the itinerary met our requirements. Only suggestion is that the shuttle van could be cleaner, and the suspension could be better for a perfect score.

[Some hotel guests may need to walk to the nearest meeting point for pick-up; please consult customer service for details]. Additional fees will be incurred for travel to areas outside these specified zones, and the exact amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after order confirmation.
⏰ Schedule The group tour departs around 7:00 AM and generally concludes around 6:00 PM, after which you will be dropped off at your hotel or return to the pick-up point. We will reconfirm the meeting time the day before your trip; please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
💡 Warm Reminder If you need to catch a train or flight on the same day, please plan your time accordingly (high-speed rail is recommended after 9:00 PM, flights after 10:00 PM); during holidays, traffic jams in the Longji scenic area may increase return travel time, so same-day return is not recommended.
The Longji Terraces ticket included in this itinerary is a general admission ticket for Longji Terraces, covering Jinkeng, Ping'an, Huangluo Yao Village, etc. The villages are far apart, and the one-day tour time is limited. This itinerary only visits Jinkeng Dazhai + Huangluo Yao Village. If you wish to visit Ping'an Village, you will need to pay for transportation yourself, approximately 50 RMB/person. The one-way uphill electric car fee for Ping'an Village is approximately 30 RMB/person, and the round-trip uphill and downhill electric car fee is approximately 50 RMB/person. Voluntary visits require self-payment, with no forced consumption.
