- Service hours: 8:00am-8:00pm
- You will receive the driver’s contact information between 8:00pm-10:00pm (UTC +8) one day before your scheduled pick up via email. Should you not receive any information, please contact Klook customer service
- The service is not suitable for children aged 0-4 or weighing 1-17kg, as the transfer service is unable to provide child seats
- Infants aged 0-1 do not count as passengers
- No wheelchairs are allowed. For other special luggage (e.g. strollers, walking canes, sports equipments, etc.), it is highly recommended you book a 9-seater car
- Please be at the meet up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. The driver will only wait up to 5 minutes. Failure to arrive on time will be considered as a no-show and no refunds will be issued
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicles
- An additional surcharge of TWD300 will incur for services to/from New Taipei City
- There might be instances that a taxi may be provided for the tour as a vehicle. No additional fees will be collected

The drive itself was scenic but my driver Mr Wu fell asleep while driving in the tunnel several times...i have left feedbacks for klook and the local operator, hope they will remind their drivers to be alert as it is extremely irresponsible and dangerous for them to drive when they are not well rested/under influence/other reasons that compromise their ability to drive.
