• Please note: The standard luggage size is 24in. Luggage above the size limitation will automatically be considered as 2 pieces
• Special luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, wheelchairs, baby strollers, etc. will be accommodated, as long as they will fit inside the vehicle

5 Seater Vehicle

• Car type: Toyota, Volkswagen, Jeep Cherokee, or similar
• Good for groups of 2 passengers or less
• Can fit 2 pieces of standard-sized luggage (24in)

7 Seater Vehicle

• Car type: Toyota, Volkswagen, Jeep Cherokee, or similar
• Good for groups of 5 passengers or less
• Can fit 4 pieces of standard-sized luggage (24in)

12 Seater Vehicle

• Car type: Volkswagen, Ford, Mercedes Benz, or similar
• Good for groups of 10 passengers or less
• Can fit 8 pieces of standard-sized luggage (24in)

Additional Information:

• This is a one-way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service
• Please note: The vehicles do not have accessibility features for disabled passengers
• Child seats are required for children aged 0-6 or under 1.2m in accordance with New Zealand law. If you are travelling with children, please indicate upon check out
• Each child seat takes 1.5 seat. If the number of passengers includes 2 adults + 3 children who need child seats, please choose a 7 Seater instead. The first child seat will be provided free of charge while every extra child seat need to pay NZD22
• If you have more luggages or oversize lugages, consider choosing a larger vehicle for a comfortable travel experience
• Food and drinks can be consumed inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness
• If you require a pick up service including staff to holding a sign, there will be surcharged for NZD10

Surcharges:

Beyond Service Area

• An additional surcharge of NZD25-50 will apply if your hotel or destination is outside city limits, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

Child Seats

• The first child seat will be provided free of charge while every extra child seat need to pay NZD22 (child seat is suitbale for children aged 0-6), to be paid in cash directly to the driver

Night Service

• Service scheduled between 10:00pm to 11:00pm and 5:00am to 7:00am, NZD10 will be applied for surcharge
• Service scheduled between 11:00pm to 12:00am, NZD20 will be applied for surcharge
• Service scheduled between 12:00am to 5:00am, NZD40 will be applied for surcharge
• Surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver

Extra Mileage

• Provided your destination is beyond city downtown, Klook will send an email about the surcharge

Overtime

• For arrival pick-ups, an additional surcharge of NZD22 per hour will apply if the driver exceeded the 90-minute grace period. If your flight is delayed after the waiting time, please contact the driver to adjust your reservation
• Surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver
