At first was quite worried due to not much review but I decided to give it a try since my hotel was listed as one of the servicing accommodation. I booked only 1 day in advance and the booking was promptly confirmed and the luggage service was very good and extremely convenient. The process was smooth, staff were helpful and professional, and our luggage arrived safely and on time at the airport. It made our hotel checkout and travel much more stress-free, especially when moving around Korea. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free transfer to Incheon Airport.

I was worried because it had snowed a bit, but I received an email saying that it was delivered to Incheon Airport Terminal 1 on time. I thought it was amazing that they were on time despite the bad conditions underfoot. I had trouble finding the office, so I asked someone at the ticket vending machine and picked up my luggage. The location of the office was described in writing, but I couldn't find it when I actually went there, so I thought it would be helpful to have a clear and large map. The woman in the office was friendly and saw me off with a smile. I would like to use your company again next time I go to Korea. Thank you for everything.

Service rendered was not bad. Able to communicate in English well either through email or WhatsApp. They've captured my hostel address wrongly initially, I saw the error and managed to rectify it in time. Overall is good.

I only thought about booking the day before, and after booking in the morning, I quickly received an email notification. The next day, before 10 AM, I just needed to leave my luggage in the lobby and inform the hotel staff. Even if there's a language barrier, the notification includes a translation that can be shown to the front desk directly, and then you don't have to worry about it! You can easily continue your itinerary or take the train to the airport without having to squeeze onto crowded trains or search for elevators with large bags. Throughout the luggage transport process, you'll receive email notifications about the progress, which is very reassuring. The luggage pick-up location is also very convenient, just near the airport subway exit.

I requested delivery from the hotel to Gimpo Airport. I had looked up how to use it beforehand, but there was no detailed information, so I asked and they replied by email, and I was able to make the request with peace of mind. I think it would be good if they provided easy-to-understand information such as email address and LINE ID. On the day, my luggage arrived at the airport on time, and I was able to enjoy a smooth final day. However, it is a bit disappointing that the pick-up point is at the domestic terminal at Gimpo Airport. I recommend arriving at the airport with plenty of time.

I used the hotel ⇨ Gimpo Airport (domestic store) service on the last day of my Korea trip. I left my luggage at the hotel front desk by 10:00 AM and then went sightseeing hands-free. I was told that I could pick it up at the airport after 3:00 PM, but it arrived at 3:30 PM, possibly due to traffic. It was only available for flights departing after 5:00 PM, but my flight was at 5:15 PM. The shuttle bus from the domestic terminal to the international terminal also takes about 10 minutes, so I arrived after 3:45 PM. I was worried that I was going to miss the check-in deadline by less than 30 minutes, but I managed to complete it safely. I will use it again depending on the flight time!

As a first time user it was a little hard to understand how it worked but as soon as everything was cleared up this worked really well. Seamlessy picked up from the hotel and we could Get the train to the AirPort without the hassle of luggages.

Such a great service that we must recommend everyone. We were planning to book with another service but had booked too late as they had a 72hr window. However, this service allowed us to book less than 48 hours and saved us from having to travel to the airport early with our luggage as our flight was at 10pm. The team were very helpful and responsive and made the process very smooth running

Very handy service for delivering your luggages directly to the hotel so that I didn’t have to worry about navigating public transport with them. Very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp to send the pictures of the luggages. Highly recommended!

Service is convenient and reliable. Our luggage arrived safely in the hotel: We just need to take a photo of the luggage before that to upload, you can check the delivery status, and they will upload another photo after the luggage are delivered.
