Volcanic Islands Cruise and Hot Springs Tour

We visited Nea Kameni the caldera and it was a memorable one and a must to visit in Santorini. From the island able to view the whole Santorini island from different angle. Able to feel the heat from some of the small crate on the island. Although we not able to visit Thirassia as per the itinerary due to the port closure, the tour have stopped in front of the island to introduce the place.

The itinerary was richer than expected, a special volcanic island hiking experience, the boat was well maintained and clean

will not recommend this tour as I got a change in itinerary (visit 2 island instead of 3 island due to recent earthquake, reduced duration from 6 to 3 hours) less than 24 hours notice. was asked to either proceed with the booking with 5 euro partial refund or cancel through klook. of cos I did not proceed as partial refund of 5 euro is too little and not worth it. I tried cancelling through klook but I did not even get to have free cancellation as it is less than the 24 hours free cancellation notice. thankful for klook customer support to get me a free cancellation and full refund. klook initially wanted to give me refund in term of klook cash as the tour agency declined my tour cancellation when it was them who changed the itinerary last minute.

Terrible transportation! I strongly recommend to buy insurance! I provided the pick-up location at the beginning, but there was no confirmation of the pick-up information. I tried to write two letters but there was no reply. I started to call to confirm until the 15th call when the other party answered and said that I did not provide the address so there was no pick-up and suggested to reschedule. But after a quarrel, the other party said that I lived nearby, so the other party asked me to walk to the cable car station and go down to the Santa star office. After I arrived, the other party asked me to go to another office and the other office asked me to go back to Santa star. Later, I told the staff that I was asked to come back and showed that it was nst, so the other party started to contact nst and after waiting for about 10 minutes, I finally got my ticket and could get on the 10:30 boat. Overall, I think you can book directly with the office or even arrive at the site early to book. It seems that there are vacancies. The overall journey is interesting, and the last point is a bit redundant. You can wear a swimsuit in advance, remember to bring a bath towel and shoes to change

I didn’t receive email the day before related to where to pickup & what time to pickup, even after I sent them the email & tried to contact the tour through Klook, until the very last minute luckily manage to find their WhatsApp & got response after text them. The 2nd thing is after we came back to the port, the bus transfer back to hotel is abit of messy, not know which bus to go for & after get to the bus the bus is waiting for the next cruise to come back & carry some of the passengers, then only depart back to the hotel. When reach the volcanic island, we’ll have to pay for the entry fee which not mention before book. Probably to those points visited with the price, this consider abit pricey.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. It is falsely advertised and can be booked cheaper on get your guide anyway. I booked it and paid $77AUD. I then got an email from the tour company stating that the original tour time had been cut in half due to a port being closed and they offered a 5€ ($9aud) discount. For the tour length being cut in half! I asked them if they could offer me a larger discount and never got a reply. They also never showed up at the pick up time and are ghosting me and Klook and I am $150 out of pocket as Klook won’t refund me either. Do yourself a favour and book through a different company.
