Volcano and Hot Springs Tour in Santorini

the easiest way to have a quick explore to the nea kameni and hot spring. however the change of port was not communicated earlier. the final departure port has changed to Athinios new port instead of Ormos old port. I found that out after I contacted the organiser otherwise I would have gone to the wrong port. I would appreciate the latest information is shared in advance.

The tour is great for viewing the crater and hot springs. however, please note that if your departure time is 10.30am the port is Athinios Port. The email sent has conflicting information, but the title of the email should state Athinios Port. If you’re taking public bus to Athinios Port please note that the timings change everyday and you’ll have to check out the physical schedule at Fira bus stop (probably a day before). Either that or I recommend that you rent a car or book a taxi.

I was looking forward to visiting a remote island, but even though it was called a cruise, it was just a trip to the destination. We were able to see volcanic points such as lava and geothermal energy, but there was nothing new. As for the hot springs, all you could do was touch the steam coming out of the ground. It was disappointing, so I'm giving it 4 stars. -1 because the reservation was changed without our consent, and the change made the departure location farther away, and the tour lasted longer than the proposed end time, which ruined our next plans.

Nothing. After booking, they will send QR Code as well as pick-up point. The day before and on the tour date, we received no communication or instruction at all. we then went to the pick-up point several minutes earlier and still we can’t find where they are. this is the first time that this happened to me on klook and ive booked several tours here. it’s disappointing. we spend 40 euros for the transpo and got nothing. we ended up just going around Fira.

we cancelled the booking because the meeting point is not at Fira old port as it described. Instead, it is at Santorini port, and we learned this information after we paid. luckily, Klook CS is very helpful and refund the trip to us.
